It's Monday, do you know where your garbage is?

Officially starting today, some of the City of Houston's garbage routes are changing.  In general, change means someone (your neighbor) will probably: A. forget, B. confused, C. both.

What happens after that? Call 311, which would result in: A. more confusion B. an actual answer C. no big deal.
