Politicians: never let failure get in the way of... elections!

Last we left Col. Roy Morales, he had lost the special election to Melissa Noriega, and was being sued by the guy who printed his campaign signs two election cycles ago.  So how does Morales add to the fun? By running for City Council again, of course!  At Large 3 position, get ready for Morales this November.. we haven't heard if he's going to be using those signs still winding its way through small claims court.
