State Rep. Borris Miles turned himself in to Harris County authorities last night. He quickly posted the bond, got his mug taken, and was out. Miles, of course, is facing two counts for brandishing his gun at the Toyota Center and then the St. Regis.

Former Houston Congressman Craig Washington has been indicted on a charge of aggravated assault with a gun in connection with a New Year's Day incident.
Harris County District Attorney spokesman Scott Durfee said Washington is charged with a second-degree felony. Durfee declined to describe the alleged incident.
Durfee said arrangements have been made for Washington to turn himself in and post the $30,000 bond.
An attorney, Washington faces a sentence ranging from probation to 20 years in prison and a $10,000 fine, if convicted.
Calls to Washington and his attorney were not immediately returned.
