Edwards, Obama.. on old turf

After months of lobbying by both candidates, former Sen. John Edwards endorsed Obama today.  Perfect timing and place in Michigan, the endorsement came at a rally in Grand Rapids.  Having worked in Grand Rapids before moving to Houston, I know the Van Andel Arena well.  It's the largest venue in Michigan's second largest city.  However, it's a very different place than the rest of the state.

Grand Rapids is a world away from the Detroit auto plants, and the much talked about blue collar workers.  Grand Rapids is conservative, and it votes that way.  It's interesting to watch the Democratic front runner receive a pivotal endorsement in one of the most Republican dominated areas in the state.  When I lived there.. the only county on the West side of the state that voted Republican is Muskegon.

Could someone please explain because i a citizen of the United States of America can not understand, comprehend or even phantom what has happened to the people that supposedly wants to live with the Freedom and Liberty that our nation was make from so that we the American's could respect, enjoy and live with the peace of our freedom, Thanks to our proud Verterans that stand proud to protect our Country, us and what we stand for! When these citizens are gone, "Who will then stand up for the freedom of our Country?"

It is the VETERAN, not the campus organizer, who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is the VETERAN, not the politician, who has given us the right to vote.
It is the VETERAN, who salutes the Flag.
It is the VETERAN, who serves under the Flag.

ETERNAL REST GRANT THEM O LORD, AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON THEM.

I'd be EXTREMELY proud if this email reached as many as possible. We can be very proud of our young men and women in the service no matter where they serve.

What happened to Faith in America?

We the citizens of the United States of America has given up our Lord All Mighty and removed him from our Nation. We the citizens of the United States of America has given up what we the citizens stand for, our rights, our freedom and the strength to stand up for our Nation Under God Indivisible with Liberty and Justice for ALL!!!!!

This is what makes the word “JUSTICE” stand for JUST US.....

Instead of “J – for Just, U - for Us, S - for it’s System and T - for it’s Trust, I - for it’s Integrity and C - Not for the Crimes of Evil and E - for Everyone under God indivisible with liberty and justice for all...”
