Halloween Political Humor

Oh, the sufferings of being a staffer to Council Member Peter Brown.  We're told he.. ahem.. asked nicely that two of his staff members get decked out as Barack Obama and John McCain for the entertainment value of City Hall.  Yes, everyone had a good laugh! Maybe Brown will give his staffers a treat for the pain and suffering.
